Last week, I was honored to have a guest post in [The Pragmatic Engineer](https://newsletter.pragmaticengineer.com/?ref=bambooweekly.com), the largest tech-related newsletter on Substack with over 750,000 subscribers.

I wrote, not surprisingly, about my work as a Python/Pandas trainer — both to companies around the world, and through my many online courses.

If you've ever wondered about how I got into training, how I approach teaching, how I come up with exercises, what my business looks like from the inside, and how you might enter this field, then I encourage you to take a look:

Note that The Pragmatic Engineer is a paid subscription. The first half of my article is free, though, and gives plenty of insights even to non-subscribers. (I've paid for TPE for a while now, and really enjoy the breadth and depth that it offers.)

If your company wants to level up its Python/Pandas skills, then let's chat! My schedule tends to fill up months in advance, which means I'm already talking to companies about February 2025 and beyond. You can schedule a Zoom meeting to discuss your company's specific needs here:

I hope that you enjoy reading the article as much as I enjoyed writing it.

All the best,
